It wouldn't be the first time a prior tenant with a key that still works or a deranged person entered a home without disturbing much.

I don’t recommend it but if you do, get a bigger machine than you think you need....assuming you can operate one without disturbing all the sub base.

What is most disturbing to me is that the realtor showed  the house and provided information to make an educated decision and someone thinks his time is not worth compensation.

If the tenant even has one by chance and are not breaking any part of the lease, which you will 100% be able to find something they are breaking in the lease, whether that be not paying, noise/disturbance complaints etc.... there’s pretty much a guarantee you can get them evicted.

Even so with renovating, many rehabs are done that do not "disturb" the lead-based paint.

Runaway, disturbance, harrassment, civil matter.It's a street full of these duplexes.

So if there is a 3 a.m. disturbance don't tolerate it.

We live in an area that is changing for the better but we still have the occasional disturbance; not only do my wife and I call separately from our cell phones but we text neighbors and tenants to call the police at the same time too.
