We all know about lead paint, but did you know that if you're not following the guidelines set forth by the EPA you could be fined $35.5k. Not to mention causing yourself and others health issues. They have an 8 hr, or less, containment class that will teach you what you need to know. They have an abatement (removal) class as well.

"Homes built before 1978 are much more likely to have lead-based paint. To protect families from exposure to harmful lead dust from lead-based paint, EPA requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices."

That would also include sole proprietorships and LLC.
