You don't have to do SEO if you don't want to.

When you play the SEO game succesfully, none of that matters.SEO is pretty much a filter.It only (mostly) allows motivated sellers through, and that is what you want.

It is a brilliant fail safe  to still survive even when the strategies you are using are not reliable.My suggestion is, keep doing what you are doing, but WHILE you do all that, invest in SEO and an actual system that reliably gets you leads no matter what.

I have a dedicated website for one of them, which we built right when I bought the property and went live on Airbnb and VRBO.Honestly, I had grandiose ideas about optimizing the site for SEO and pulling in organic bookings, but it's a ton of work and the volume of bookings would pale in comparison to what we get from the booking sites, which I feel are well worth the fees because of their marketing, retargeting, payment infrastructure, vetting of tenants, etc.The site I built is a simple website and it does rank well for a few keywords related to the lake we're on (Baxter Lake), but I don't expect to get inquiries through that site any more.

And I can tell you that the only approach that has any chance of success is the SEO used by@Jerryll Noorden .

I do the seo per zipcode and the investors “purchase” particular zipcodes (2 investors max).

I wish more new investors would implement his SEO teachings.

Of course not.Now this is what I will say.. you do not have to pay ANYONE for SEO... or marketing..

Get a website, focus on credibility and SEO... dominate your market!
