She is willing to sell, we already agreed to a price and all but.......she has a daughter living in the house that would not leave, talk or communicate in any ways with her mother.

My daughter and her family are moving to Groningen Netherlands in the Spring to work at the University for the next several years and are looking to buy a small home in Groningen or just outside of the City.  

I could probably find this info out at the local REIA, however, I usually have to attend my daughters functions during same time as monthly REIA meetings.

I was lucky that my wife is a computer programmer and has been able to take some care of me and has sent our daughter to The University of Arkansas.  

I thought about buying a house (SFH or duplex) near U of H where my daughter goes to school. 

We are both 28 years old, both currently work in Healthcare (she as a RN and myself as an Administrator), have a three year old daughter and currently live in Phoenix metro area.

It would be a good deal if my wife and daughter were going to live in the house permanently. 

Helping to help raise our daughter was full time and my schedule was flexible for me to do that and when I had my medical problems she was in high school and still time consuming and now she only has one semester left to graduate from the University of Arkansas.Do not let any myths you might of heard that you do not need any prior experience or money to get started with apartments. 

I have a magnetic sign on my truck, my dumptruck, my maintenance guys truck and my daughter in laws truck. 

The grandmother and the oldest of the daughters have agreed to allow me to receive the house and raise my family there in the future.
