I'd look for an agreement that was notarized, and I would verify the notary's commission was active and then call the notary to verify that he/she remembers notarizing the agreement and remembers verifying the identity of the signer.

Assume you did a 50% cash-out refi and you bought an identical property with 50% loanCalculate what your return would be with these two properties.   

At the end of the day, the reports should always be nearly identical due to the core source.
