I don't know the cost of the project until I get numbers from the GC (chicken and egg problem), but it's at 100K on the pro forma.

That leaves price or location.My grandfather lived in a chicken coop with his new wife after WWII, pregnant with my mother.

A couple years ago a 2x4 was a 1.79 all day long and a family pack of chicken breast was 8/9$.

They don't play chicken or favorites. 

There are about 40 spices in the cabinets, 5lbs of flour and sugar, tons of chicken, fish and steak seasonings, vinegar (balsamic and white), spaghetti and sauce, rice, cupcake liners, etc etc.There is just about as much in our lake house as in our regular house.If you can't make it in that kitchen, you don't need to make it.  

I got a 10x10 with shade cloth for 125 bucks off CL, perfectly fine as the GF's two little what's it's don't live in it, just stay there to gaze and bark at birds without leaving surprises in the rest of the yard.Metal posts and chicken wire is about the cheapest fence you can erect, just set two posts for a chain link gate, or build one. :) .

Go down to the grocery store and buy a jar of creamy Skippy.  

Paired that with a 6 pack of local beer and a couple chicken pot pies in the fridge.
