Anything is better than those awful slide shows that just take the listing photos and put them to music. 

I always say "why listen to the same music on the radio when you can turn your into a knowledge hub on wheels?"

I don’t know what the fees are like in NYC for a liquor license, but I assume pretty high.I would also make sure that there aren’t any other licenses (dancing licenses are required in some areas of you will have music and people can dance), as well as any specific fire suppression requirements (you will want to know if a sprinkler system will need to be installed when running your numbers for example), as this could easily make your project go south.

Think Amazon for retail, Apple for music, Uber for transportation, etc.I don't understand your comments about "Your buyers looking for off market deals" If an agent is advertising on facebook, instagram etc. it is not OFF MARKET. 

If you compose yourself as being knowledgable, this is a huge confidence builder with sellers.

If they also have experience in the entertainment/music industry as well, that would be a major bonus.

You may have learned more than you think in kid sports or music lessons or gymnastics.
