New to RI and BP would like some advice

Hello everyone,

Appreciate you taking the time out of your day to read this post.

I am looking to purchase a multi-family home, with zero experience. I am 27 years old and want to start building my wealth through RE.

I have 15k saved up. I was pre approved for a 350k but don’t want to spend that much. I live in Portland, Oregon and the housing market, I feel, is pretty competitive. I was thinking about investing in kelso, Washington or Salem, Oregon.

Any advice you would have for me?

@Arnel Arrozal I’d look to save up a little more so that you can make sure your inspections and closing costs don’t completely wipe you out. Other than that you’ve got a good plan and identifying your path is a great first start.
