Sure it won't be acacia and will be thinner planks but it's real and can be sealed properly for a kitchen - also sanded and refinished many many times (look at some century old homes where refinishing the original wood still occurs and is a selling point).

When I wrote this people think one should keep the property for four months only.That's not what I meant, I meant buy in winter because you have less competition.And sell early in the year becoz it has the largest buyer pool at that time, this supply and demand thing perhaps exist for century.
