The vacant space needs some work and it's on the 2nd floor with stairs; no elevator! 

I don't know if there's a better vinyl siding you can get but if I was in your shoes I would replace the vinyl stuff with hardieplank like this stuff: https://www.homedepot.com/p/James-Hardie-HardiePlank-HZ5-5-16-in-x-8-25-in-x-144-in-Fiber-Cement-Primed-Cedarmill-Lap-Siding-615572/202035444Get the seller to use that.

The after repair value was also way off because there are no comps in the area, this house has so much greater square footage because the attic third floor is finished, although that’s a lot of stairs to climb to use every day and it is still just a finished attic.

We have a home in Dunedin FL that could use updated hurricane windows & doors within cement wall framing. 

It's very niche, but the house is fully equipped for handicap access — typically split level house custom built with one main level, stair lifts to basement, wheel chair lift in garage, wide halls/doorways, railings throughout house, etc.  

The appraiser visited earlier in the week and found water in the basement and cracks in the cement block wall foundation.

How often do you folks with multi-families have the common areas, halls and stairs, cleaned?

For example winder stairs from last century the winder treads would come to a point. 

About five years ago one of the previous owners had put a new roof on the barn but most of the corners of the building are rotten and the cement slab has cracked and heaved up in a section.
