As far as partnering with him, a partnership on a rental property may be an option if I can bring credit or financing to the table, but I am getting paid to do the layout design, drawings, and material selections for his new construction investments and client remodels, so no opportunity on that end.

(in fact heck, you can't even call my journey a track record... since technically I haven't purchased any multi family buildings and simply learning about multi family strategies of investment/landlord ownership)You see the strange thing about making money... is the simple fact... that it just doesn't come to you if you don't actually place a goal in front of you.... to bring that 100k deposit... for example... to the table..... unfortunately I have realized that this is indeed fundamental secret... in being able to get that 100k....

Given the seller financing details above, I know that an amortization table should show me paying $140,000 principal and roughly $58,000 interest over the 10 years of monthly payments, but how can I calculate the exact amortization schedule with principal/interest breakdown per payment?
