We also do a fertilizer run in spring with weed and feed for those properties were the lawn looks a little crappy.On new properties we ELIMINATE as much as possible to make the exterior low maintenance: we cut down extra trees (reduces leaves, improves curb appeal), eliminate flower beds and replace with lawn or maintenance free gravel beds.
