Lawncare and landscaping for a SFR
I am turning my former residence into a single family rental this spring. Ive always taken great care of my yard and landscaping, and hope to keep that trend going even as a rental. Im thinking about offering to do the grass cutting and landscape maintenance as the landlord, and just looking for advice from other members. Is this a good idea/bad idea, what are the pros and cons, and if I decide to do it, any advice on what I should include in the lease to allow me to do this and stay protected? Thanks BP!
