Wholesale Deal or Not
I have a seller who wants me to market his rental properties but doesn't want to sign a purchase/seller agreement. Can I still market it and sell to a buyer? Or not? Any advice on this would be helpful.

I suggest always having something in writing! Your paperwork is your best friend. Not only in dealing with the property owner but if you market it and say another wholesaler or investor contacts the property owner directly, you're left out in the cold, with no compensation.
Like someone else said. Sounds like free marketing for the property owner.
Good luck!
