So really right in line with historical stock market returns.The beauty of real estate is the it is 1) much easier to buy advantageously (get a good deal) than with stocks--at least for the average person, 2) you can also buy, even without leverage, properties that out perform the stock market, and 3) you can safely leverage 70% to 95% without much difficulty, making your money work much harder for you. 

I have a tendency to get attached to beautiful properties, especially when it will make my wife happy!!

Being from a place like Los Angeles I was really taken aback by the beauty of Lynchburg and some of the surrounding areas when I visit my little brother out there.

Personally I don't want to deal with that kind of customers and there are so many nicer places in that beautiful country.

The beauty of mobile home parks is that they bring in a lot of money with relatively low expenses if you lease the ground only. 

I looked at that one, but the floor was in such terrible shape I just brought the click and lock (expensive) and floated it on the lumpy concrete LOL  It looks beautiful tho.
