Then visit all of those areas and walk the neighborhoods.

Some blocks are worse than others but if you do your due diligence you'll come out ahead.

I had thought of advertising the properties ahead of time to sell them before construction starts and give people the option to pick a few details on their own just to get the properties sold ahead of time to help with financing.

Or stick to downtown Orlando areas, you can always hop on the Brightline and easily visit Fort Lauderdale! 

A lot of the time event hosts will not reach out ahead of time, so I would just show up and see if it is still active.
