So, I went to work, kept studying, kept trying and saved up some money.

I have been studying rehabbing for a couple of months but not warmed my cold feet enough to do my first deal  I also need some hard money to bring my dream to realityI am looking at properties in St.

I think fix-and-flip is for me, but I'm still studying.

I am reading/studying the beginners guide and I look forward to purchasing some more material from the site.
