Newbie in Ft Pierce FL

Hi!  I am Barbara but go by Bobbi. I am retired and looking to flip houses for additional income. No experience but eager to learn. I have been studying rehabbing for a couple of months but not warmed my cold feet enough to do my first deal  I also need some hard money to bring my dream to reality

I am looking at properties in St. Lucie and Indian River Counties of Florida  Mostly looking in Fort Pierce but also Port St Lucie & Vero Beach  I welcome local contacts to compare notes
