Perfect house to remodel and flip but they don't want to sell.

I am planning a kitchen remodel and master bathroom addition in my fixer upper. 

20K is not that far off but....I am also trying to rebuild my reserve fund after my last remodel so it is just that much further off.

I am a general contractor that runs a company specializing in remodels in central Florida from Daytona Beach to Orlando and everywhere in between.

To fill the gaps between new builds for our own account we are looking to do work for others.We are not well suited to the large volume / low return type of work (flip contractor, small remodels, etc.) but have the ideal setup and experience for new home construction, custom homes, small commercial and multi-family, and major remodels. 

I remember when I was first considering moving here I was comparing Sacramento to Gilbert, and I could spend the same to buy a house that was 40 years newer and totally remodeled... with way better schools and way more safe too.
