Summer camp, vacation Bible school.

Are there any good STR management platforms (Guesty/Hospitable type software) that manage bookings on the major STR sites AND on Hipcamp and/or other camping/RV site platforms? 

In the 30 day DD kit and made very clear in the 3 day boot camp is the value of a park, the same tactic a bank's park appraisor takes is:- consider only lot rent, or lot rent equivalent.  

We’d go on quarterly vacations and also monthly mini-vacations hiking and camping near our home.

After that, my girlfriend (now wife) and I spent many weekends "camping out" at the house, painting, tiling, carpet and doing general fixups.

The local rias also have boot camps taught by local investors who are expert in the locale.And of course it's a huge benefit using contractors that are referred by other flippers..Consider your lost sleep and probably cash lost out of pocket to be many times what a good boot camp would have been.

It takes time and doesn't happen overnight -- anybody who steps right up and says "pick me!"

It won't happen overnight, but be patient and confident in your direction.

Can we as landlords evict a tenant for failing to do anything our property manager requested to prep for hard freeze, which resulted in a burst pipe in kitchen and water damage (left water on to house overnight and didn’t open tap)? 

Now we have a backyard camping experience for all to enjoy!
