Hi All,Its getting to that point where I am looking to connect with a pro on setting up an LLC for long term buy & hold multi family in CT. 

Although ultimately I would like to grow into a smaller multi-family unit, I want to cut my investor teeth on a Medium Term rental and am looking at Tulsa OK.I have been working on setting up a plan for furnishing (this part excites me!)

Any help on setting up the lease and with any other things to consider with this specialized market would be great!

But some have obviously tried to crush my hopes of getting deals by flexing large corporate muscle.

We are also looking for guidance on setting up our LLC or some type of corporation for our real estate holdings. 

If there is enough interest in this chain, I can work on setting up one for those who have 0-3 properties.

They will spend $6k on setting all of this up and realize that they could have just kept it in their name with a good insurance policy.I am a "if you are gonna do it, then do it right" type of person.

I'm working on setting up a self-management operation but would still love to connect more with property managers and folks in the area.

In short, I moonlight as an actor and a lot of the productions in NM now need a local address to work on set.

I would like to know what others use for their credit score requirement, or any tips on setting tenant requirements in general.
