How To Get Started With Section 8 Investing - Seeking Help

My wife and I have recently retired and are interested in learning how to get started with investing in Section 8 investing. We are considering hiring a coach to take us through the process and as we look to educate ourselves we continue to see names such as Tom Cruz, Rhett Wiseman, and several others.

Has anyone worked with these or other coaches they would recommend? Thanks in advance for sharing any feedback and for any suggestions on the resources we should be tapping into.

We are also looking for guidance on setting up our LLC or some type of corporation for our real estate holdings.
