I foresee that the proximity to Portland combined with lower tax rates will continue to make Vancouver a desirable city for millennials to settle down in.

To stay competitive with millennials, convert to refrigerated air ($$$) or buy properties already converted.Lots more tips but I'm keeping those to myself haha :)Oh and one more thing, she said she was not taking any more properties, she was making a killing and was happy with the units she had but by the end of lunch, she said she will take mine...whoop!

Hi @Joshua Bregman,Millennial housing preferences (renting vs owning, downtown vs suburbs) is going to have a growing impact for long term.

Then once you find one, crunch the number more, look at who the neighbors will be and also the proximity to things/activities millennial's want.

Developers are turning old office space into luxury apartment buildings for millennials working downtown. 

Huntsville is actually on the downward trend with monthly rents, however the city seems to be attracting a good number of millennials especially in the tech sector.
