Hello all!

I hope all is well. My name is Josh Bregman and I am a broker with NAI Michael. I wanted to create this discussion so that all of us can get each others opinions on future market trends (What is going to be hot and what is not). 

I am interested in learning about all product types: Retail, Investments, Industrial etc.
