@Mark Pedroza when I did my CA RE Brokers CE last year there is a tab right on the front page of the CA BRE website to turn in those you feel are acting as unlicensed agents.wholesaling as taught as you mention is totally illegal in most states.. but hey its got great appeal to those wanting to get started that think its the way to make money when they have limited resources. in other words they drink the wholesale guru cool aid..

Google earth and google street view is great but it doesn't show you real time dataIf I have someone offering on my listing and they are un represented and they do not want to be represented by the listing agent or a buyers agent I know for a fact that my client will get the better end of the deal in this real estate transaction.

I have found a rental property that I would like to purchase using an fha 203k loan. here's my issue that I can't seem to Google my way out of.The property is listed as having 4 units with the county but there are actually 5 units.
