He called back later and said he was going to fence in his property and put a couple buffalo and yaks on it.In message #3 he calls me a "flaming fa--ot" which is his go-to insult when he's really, really drunk.When I spoke to him live this afternoon, he called me "brother" several times and ended the call with, "God bless you, brother."

Looking for some insight from experienced STR's about whether or not guests would be turned off by the presence of exterior security cameras (definitely nothing inside the house - except inside the garage which likely would not be accessible to renters - debating that).

I'd be basically homeless during that time even owning a home and have to keep fighting with the tenant until he moves out and God knows how much hassle that's gonna be given this pandemic and all that.
