I have sent out a handful of yellow letters and have been working on finding a deal in my area.  

Small fun fact about us...we love to bring smiles to others...we have a singing telegram business and dress up like hot pink gorillas, hippos wearing tutus or big yellow chickens and run around Oklahoma singing to people for special occasions bringing laughter everywhere we go!!

Cash is king for a reason , it gives you the power to buy deals that would normally have a lot of yellow/red tape and save you thousands, then you can make repairs and pull your money back out if need be (cash out refinance)  very few people have enough cash and even fewer want to tie it up either but with the right deal it can be a game changer!

Beyond that Huntsville lies in what's called the Tennessee Valley, and in this area of it the Native Americans named it Death Valley due to springtime when the pollen gets trapped within it and coats absolutely everything, lakes turn yellow, and so do cars.

That was to learn, gain experience, and figure out what works best for me and I'm ready to move on with a concrete game-plan.Something that bothers me a little is that my paint color choice looks great in the brighter light but not as good in the yellower light. 

Also red flags might include a "sagging" appearance to paint, yellow stains on ceilings, peeling paint on window sills, etc.

I have heard of a few products that will get the yellow tinge off of white vinyl and I can't seem to locate them.  

@Art Allen,I'm a newbie, but the more I look at the pictures, the more i see the detailed work it went into:-(during construction) the caution yellow tape so nobody bangs their heads/lumber/tools (this rhyme with that comment about 20 years in the biz...)
