Hi Randy,You will need to get a few quotes from local companies.How extensive is like how blue is the sky...there is no way to define it.The old system will need to be demo-ed and removed from the premises, and etc....You might want to look into a couple of min-split systems.

3 weeks for a FULL set on construction drawings including all your site plans, MEP, structural, surveys, demo plans, tree surveys, drainage, ect. is pushing it to the max...6 weeks is more realistic with all the work going on today.
