Flipping is actually more a business than it is investing and you know how much goes into that.

I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months.

Flipping is a really tough business.

With that being said, what do you plan on doing different this year in your business?

PM business from what I hear is pretty tough and competitive business. 

Now of course there are still deals to be had out there, I am not saying that, but its a lot harder to find those deals today than five years ago when everything was a deal due to low interest rates.We are always buying but this is my business, so we have a team etc. to manage it.

Most of us are running lodging businesses in areas that are zoned residential. 

Over the past couple of years, I’ve learned a lot about the business—like how to analyze markets, underwrite deals, and connect with brokers.

I’m an out-of-state investor working on building my online presence, and I’m currently running into an issue with setting up my Google My Business (GMB) account.

The down side is that STRs are more work, need to furnish it, pay for utilities and WiFI but in the right market (vacationers and business travelers) it could work. - If I were looking at cash flow as a really important important metric, I'd consider starting a business.
