This is rough outlook of the topic of my Master Thesis as I cannot disclose it completely before the thesis gets approved and stamped by the university.

We'll  do the mail merge with Microsoft word, print them out, hand sign them, then hand stamp and hand write the address on a # 11 envelope and send them off.

Save money on the 1000's of stamps and spend time and gas making more personal connections.  

So then the question is...is it not just better for one of us to finance the property in our name then transfer the asset to our LLC after the fact and pay the 2% transfer stamp?  

Is it better/cheaper to actually do it yourself (buy paper, stamps, envelopes, ink etc)?

Additionally, i have a stack of handwritten yellow letters sealed and stamped ready to be sent out this week (I feel handwritten are more likely to be opened and read and they're cheaper).

Cleaner, no tax stamps, sometimes no 1099.  

I've heard of people getting it out of the door with everything (print and stamp) for under 40 cents. 

I write everything by hand and I place the stamp crooked.
