I'm a commercial general contractor by profession and I'm looking to employ my skills and expertise in the fix/flip market.

When I started I used my clerical skills to assist a broker so that I could have income on the side before I started closing deals. 

I don't know if it's my market or my skills at finding properties.

I should say no repair needed at this time,have tenants paying as they should.And yeah négociation skills , sure but sometimes without motivation, there is not much you can do and it might be the case here.

I'm looking forward to bringing my experience, knowledge, and skills to the Real Estate Investing world.

I would love to get to a point where I can quit my job or go PRN couple days a week to keep skills sharp.

Her marketing skills are horrible...lol

I don't want ask for too much of people when I may not be really interested in the property, and just practicing skills.

Doing all of that in 3-12 months would require a lot of skill and some really strong lending relationships.
