Is this a deal
hey guys,
Here I have a seller with a 95,000 home. seller still own 64,000 on it. seller want to sell for what he own plus 5,000 in his pocket ,thats 69,000. Seller d'ont want neither subject 2 nor terms. But house need no work and already have tenant paying 800/mo.
Is it anything i can do here ? is it a Deal ?
