Hello Everyone,My names Charles, I just recently finished my graduate program at the University of Houston and am currently working on the trade floor of an oil and gas company.I have an accounting background and two years prior work experience in a small public company (the majority of the partnership's rendered service to were either in the medical or real estate industry), but would like to further expand my knowledge on real estate before testing the waters.

I am only in my 2nd month of using the system and as you should know, when it comes to SEO, Internet Marketing  etc.. it take time for all that marketing and SEO to render or process through the search engines.

Had the unit rented before we even started the clean up process, luckily this area has a very high rental population as its mostly low income housing.Had a lawyer i met with try to charge me for services not rendered, wrote him a few polite questioning mails and he stopped pestering me to pay for my free 1 hour consultation.Had clogged main lines from 2 unites that were sending the refuse back into the house through the sinks.. that was messy.

@David Dachtera - We're in contact with the interested buyer's agent and trying to persuade to be #1.We have had a few comment about wanting a pool, so we are having our pool builder sketch up a couple of pool renderings to show what would fit and a potential layout/visual for those interested.

I emailed a real estate attorney requesting a skype chat with him, and he sent me what looked like a $400 bill charging me for services rendered, which I deleted immediately.

I believe she had just made a comment the other day about how FL is actually cracking down on Wholesalers rendering it illegal to assign any contract without intention on buying yourself. 

It does state: "If the premises are rendered uninhabitable by fire, flood, or other natural disaster during the term of this agreement, this agreement shall be thereupon terminated. 

Does anybody have a service that does 3D House Rendering videos ?

As I belong to many other forums under different aliases, this site will have my true rendering (although the avatar pic is most definitely NOT me).

However, the animal HAS to be disclosed on the contract rendering it null and void.
