Does anybody have a service that does 3D House Rendering videos ?

Nothing really fancy, but for a rental.   And a record of the house condition.

Would somebody be able to do one for a fee in the Warwick, RI area ?

You can do this yourself for free depending on how advanced you need it.  Zillow 3d rental allows you to capture a 3d walkthrough of the house from your iphone or 3d camera and post it to the listing if you want or not if you don't wan to.  I love it and post it to all my listings, it takes about 30 minutes to complete.  Beware though this is very battery intensive on our phone and will pretty much suck it dry from 100%.  All you need is a Zillow account which you probably have for posting and to download their free 3d homes app.  Look for rentals in your area that have them and you can get an idea what they look like.
