We started listening to BP religiously and spent every night talking about the endless possibilities in real estate.

Our situation was a little different but wanted to add in a positive experience of having a friend as a tenant in one of our properties.Backstory: He’s a dear friend of my wife’s whole community and something of a religious sage to them.

I have a firm belief about rules, you made them to help protect you. 

I would just religiously be on the look out for the property to see if it comes up on auctions or get in contact with local wholesalers to see if someone was found and the person wants to sell it.

My wife and I have a fundamental belief that building wealth increases our ability to impact the lives of others and give back to our local community.

I think the key do a good deal is your belief in said deal.

So ever since I was 14 I have been a religious saver.

In contrast, indoor facilities, including restaurants, workplaces, offices, choir, indoor sports, birthday parties, prisons, religious ceremonies, funerals, and other large gatherings pose a serious challenge.

We are in two completely systems and beliefs.
