It sounds like you are doing more than many PM's.Really screen someone that your going to turn over your property to as a lot of co-hosts I've seen are very inexperienced.

For now, you would just have to go on the OTA's and do some research or talk to other hosts in the area.

The residents do not cause problems, they are generally on social security so if you give them a 5% discount they will pay their rent a year in advance, and they will host fundraisers to improve "their" clubhouse.

All income to a traditional IRA has the same tax treatment and any earnings will be considered regular income when distributed - whether from stocks or real estate. 

I like all the hosts, just curious if anyone knew the story. 

Acknowledging that a whole host of factors goes into determining the interest rate on a DSCR loan, I was hoping to get a census of what DSCR interest rates you got (or see your clients getting) to get a general idea of the cost of these loans.

What I am finding is that the lots within HOAs sell for double or even triple of lots in regular communities.

That might have gone down for a whole host of reasons but it usually decreases when the owner appeals the value based on condition, a recent sale or appraisal, etc.
