Pause until you see/feel the shock value hit them and they reel back a bit.

I must admit that it does make me pause.

I've been pretty gung ho on starting my new career, however, this promotion gave me a little pause. 

For this reason, I've had considerable pause with pursuing another investment to be managed by Suncoast and may or may not go with another one. 

I had a FL county tell me they had a "pause for zoning" in place and planned to require that the RV parks were in an area that had sewer (not even sure if this is legal).

I think it's a pause in September and .25% raise in Oct.

It's given me a pause if I think on it too much, but someone was the first with a jet too.

I am still feeling secure about my current investment, and getting routine updates on progress, but I think a tactical pause once this note is paid is needed, and I appreciate you shedding some light on the matter.   

Hey Bryan, The last recession was a housing crisis, what we're going through right now isn't that (not yet at least) Speaking from a multi family perspective, rent collection hasn't been as bad as most people projected and although many transactions have paused, big discounts haven't begun on any national scale.
