If I decide to replace the counter top and can't find a matching pattern am I allowed to charge to replace all counters or just the affected counter section.  

One month on 2nd Unit in a holding pattern - 2 at the most.

Continue this pattern, but at this point I will require more funds for the renovation of the other units.

If you do get into a bind, we sometimes see bridge loans, just temporary until you can get your financing closed, but otherwise, I’m not sure I can think of anything too “creative” without a specific fact pattern.

Ron Legrand has some of the best "word patterns" when speaking to sellers for Sub2, Lease Options, Wraps, Land Trusts, CFDs, and Quick Turn Wholesale deals, etc. 

Vegas is on a steady growth pattern concerning property values across the board, however, unlike the last bubble, we haven't seen the rapid increase that caused the all of the previous destruction.  

CertainTeed had a variety of patterns. 

On the credit check make sure you look for any patterns in how they are late or anything like that. 

If this is a pattern, I'd seek to get them out...because it'll continue happening and it will be a constant pain.If you'd like to get rid of them: If pay past the due date, deliver an immediate notice to pay or quite (usually 3 day, but depends on your state) then, after that period, file for eviction.Alternative: Pay them to leave.
