I advise my guests that they can use their own Directv, Dish, COX, Comcast account to enable other streaming functions if they desire. 

I think providing also small individual offices and meeting rooms, mail and package room, snack/ small dish options will also be a revenue driver.

I have not asked for compensation, I have boiled water for dishes and baths.
