I've had hot water tanks stolen on the way out, dead tenants left over (OD & or suicide typically) & even a couch through the 2nd story window.On a side note for everyone else out there.

The traveling nurse/ medical professional would have a furnished bedroom a bathroom a furnished den with TV couch etc and another empty room to use however they wish.
