I will have a degree in Manufacturing Technology Management, but any entry level management position would be great for me as it will be using my degree.The two things I keep reading on here are have a w-2 job and get a job in a RE related field.  

I'm working with a big container manufactures in Vietnam and they have been customizing and building container home for awhile now with sub 10k price tag normally (pricing depends on the size, interior design and other requirements, of course)Currently i'm living in Seattle and have been looking around for any partnership opportunities to start out our container home projects in the US.

There are the big box stores (HD, Lowes, Floor & Decor) where you will find middle of the road materials at middle of the road prices, then there are the higher end producers (Sugatsune, Andersen, Geberit) that you buy direct from the manufacturer.

First I thought they were manufactured houses.

Mike,  First you want to make sure that you are talking modular versus manufactured.

That said, @Gary Siver makes a valid point on the ease of peeling off a single glue down plank when repairs are needed.Home Depot's LifeProof brand is solid, with consistent manufacturing and a great price point.
