I have an opportunity to buy 2 duplexes. Cashflow of about $1k per month. I just found out that they are modular houses. First I thought they were manufactured houses. After some research I recognize the difference. But I still don’t know enough about them. This a seller financed deal and I am looking for some, any, jinfo about buying, refinancing, and appreciation of this kind of properties...
