there is a process that  they can bore through the pipe and add a sleeve without disturbing the ground, it is not cheap but may be better price than where you are now ...

Hopefully they were genuinely memorializing the two while forgetting the lease terms.The "sign the petition" part is really interesting, and disturbing at the same time.

I can understand they don't want people coming by and disturbing the tenants but to say a buyer can only visit ONCE made no sense to me.

Mine specifically says "Tenant agrees not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another resident or neighbor."

Can a tenant break a lease based on this cause now their complaining that they won't pay rent I understand the anger buy this is short term and there is nothing wrong with the apartment or anything else just this disturbance.
