Find out were the FSBO buy there stuff in your area and they will fall in line with state laws as well,that should get you started,you could also check with some title co in your area.Thomas

The idea is that salespeople hypnotize them to the point where they're happy with their money spent, simply because they don't know the other side of the coin.
