Any Advice

I am new to all of this and at this point trying to do some research. My associate and I are looking to explore opportunities in the completion of homes that builder was unable to finish and taken over by the bank. We are also looking into the property preservation aspect.
We do have GC license and in-house labor and are located in the Raleigh NC area.

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
