Or if you get a handful of them at once, you can also consolidate into a commercial loan.Also, if you don't already know this bank statement/DSCR loans will not have the attractive rates vs. conventional financial products.

@Andre Houston- thanks - depending on how your tax returns  ( schd E)  looks  for the past  2 yrs  - you might be able to  qualify ......are you trying to  consolidate the 3  rental loans into one  ?   

I recently consolidated my 44k debt @ 9% - pymnt = $1,000.

We are looking at what the Pros/cons would be to consolidate all the family owned real-estate into a REIT rather than individual partnerships with different members in each and have the family members ownership in the REIT reflect their ownership in the business.

However I am having a heck of a time finding a consolidated resource of where to look to begin my operations.
