STR Management Business w/ accounting services
Hi there!
I have been a host for over a year now and have been heavily involved in managing my STR and absolutely love it. I would like to start my own STR management business and help other investors have a one stop shop for all their STR investment needs. I will provide the typical STR management services like listing set up, decor, pictures, day to day operations, as well as bookkeeping and tax compliance (I am licensed). However I am having a heck of a time finding a consolidated resource of where to look to begin my operations. I am a very analytical person and like to research things deeply before diving, and everything I find appear to be fluff from "experts" and costs thousands.
My niche would be offering full STR management services in the state of Oregon and including in my pricing the bookkeeping and tax services. Looking to charge between 20-25% for my services.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas of how to dive into this business and where to find the best resources?

I would do it for free and learn the ropes and get your ducks in a row before you take on paid clients. You’ll need a real estate license as well
