Agreed David, there can be many options and work outs but such are usually reserved for institutional players, registered brokers, not so much for an individual DIY type as they don't want non-pros clouding the issues or messing up and having to start from square one again.

And, as I stated before, that is me up there parting the clouds to let the sun shine through.I'm sure there are some in the witness protection program attempting to pick up extra money in real estate, that's obvious from some posts that have been made suggesting illegal activities.It's my understanding that vampires can't take a picture, some scientific reason having to do with the refraction of light.Then there are the Amish, taking a picture is just vain and a sin, so we can't go there.Don't forget the conspiracy types, they know that putting your picture on the internet is picked up by marketers (not to mention the NSA) and is linked to your activities that leads to your identification in stores and having promotions sent to your phone as you walk in, many just don't want to be tracked.So, while putting up your face is certainly more sociable, for attractive types, some just don't have an honest face and I've seen some that I doubt I'd trust regardless of what they may say, they usually resemble known felons.Just a few justifications for not putting your picture on BP, known or suspected crooks, vampires, religious convictions, conspiracy nuts or just ugly untrustworthy faces.

I've never sold a piece of real estate and never really intended too - to be honest I wouldn't have the foggiest idea where to start in that endeavor - I've always done my own research and kept realtors at arms length lest they cloud my judgement!
