Many of those areas in Indy are disappearing, but they still exist and can literally be block by block as @Clay Manship said.

Most people can't even or barely afford luxuries like expensive smart phones (Android's) and tablet computers (like my Asus Prime) so how are they going to afford the luxury of a technologically advanced house?

Remotely log into it from any computer/tablet/phone and I have access to my excel files, pics, invoices (PDF), leases (PDF).

In general, these are going to be the extremes ($60 per square through $200 per square).So, if you add materials and labor, you're likely talking between $150 and $300 per square for a licensed/insured contractor who is accustomed to working with investors.Of course, if you want a different type of roof (metal, aluminum, clay, rubber, etc), or if the roof is complex/steep, or if the roof is really high, you'll definitely see variations from that range.

@Clay Reddick and I are about to send out a new direct mail campaign with the goal to wholesale the deals, but we don't have much in the way of a buyers list. 

The good news is, because it is such a common problem due to our clay-based soil expanding and contracting with the rains and heat, it's a pretty competitive field.

I say this because once it leaves the house I have found it to typically be clay pipe.
