It's sad that you attribute this disagreement to you being a woman, as there are MANY MANY fantastic women on Bigger Pockets with great advice, many of which have come out to the Bay to share in non-pitching way, that both myself and Arlen admire. 

It seems to be that most listings have the same basic attributes: built mid century, usually some minor renovation in the 80s or 90s, often look like they're renter ready but need some cosmetic work at least (my current tolerance for rehab work is very limited at the moment).

I will not feed into anything else as it is out of my character, especially online.

On the form, they asked for the following if I remember correctly: -The Username of the Google account with the suspended Google Voice -An email address that you can access (I could still access my Gmail and all the other services just not Google Voice so I used the Gmail within the Google account that had the suspended Google Voice)  -The option to write an explanation up to 1,000 characters if I recall as to why you believe that your Google Voice service was wrongfully suspendedI went ahead and filled everything out.

This should tell you about their character or lack thereof.

Now let's get back to the high-society people that think that their underwear doesn't stink and those are the ones love to play the system.Agreed - there are some mighty fine people who don't have a lot of formal education and a lot of shady characters who do.

And you're absolutely right, every industry has its share of people who aren't ethical, misleading, and have a great character. 

Could this be attributed to the turnaround of the housing market here or the back to school rush?
